World Yoga Day

World Yoga Day, officially known as International Day of Yoga, is celebrated every year on June 21st. Our school came alive with the spirit of International Yoga Day as all students and teachers gathered on the school ground for a refreshing yoga session.

The day started with a simple talk about why yoga matters how it helps us stay fit, calm our minds, and feel balanced inside and out. Guided by experienced instructors, everyone, from the youngest student to the teachers, joined in practicing easy yoga poses, breathing exercises, and a bit of meditation.

It was amazing to see the whole school moving together, focused and relaxed. The event reminded us how yoga isn’t just exercise, but a way to bring peace and energy into our busy lives.

Such moments strengthen our community and encourage healthy habits that last a lifetime. Everyone left feeling refreshed, happy, and inspired to make yoga a part of their everyday routine.
