Prem Niketan
Our educational programmes are designed to help students develop the skills, understanding, attitudes that will support their success in school and life. We provide learning with playing and activity based curriculum. The classes are well-equipped with audio/visual facilities. Our academics is rooted in a curriculum and programme that stresses on an inquiry-based philosophy and the understanding of concepts central to learning. Parents, teachers and students are partners in learning. Our students are encouraged to explore and do their best and we expect that parents take an active part in guiding and supporting their children’s learning.
Primary School
Since this is the time of growth, exploration, personal discovery, we believe and take up the responsibility to inspire our students to work and reach their individual potential. Experiences at Lourdes Convent Primary School will help students understand values, perceive their goals and face challenges of future confidently. Our teachers, curriculum, resources and programmes - all contribute and facilitate a meaningful transition into adolescence. The school provides each student with rich and rigorous academic programme in Math, Science, Social Studies, and Languages.
High School
The High School is large enough to offer many academics and extracurricular opportunities, yet small enough for students to bond with their teachers and peers. We inspire students with the spirit of continuous inquire with the hope that they become critical thinkers, are able to communicate and face emerging challenges in life boldly. Students of grade 10 and 12 are exposed to challenging curriculum for SSC and HSC certificate exams respectively. Our 9 and 11 Standard students undergo studies that are designed to prepare them for State Board Exams. Learning in High School has always laid emphasis on preparing students for successful careers in India and Abroad.
