Academic Rules & Regulations

We are committed to maintaining a high standard of education. The following criteria ensure that all applicants are prepared for the rigor of our programs.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and above.
• Must pass required qualifications/experience expectations as set by the admissions board.
• Good command of English & Hindi is mandatory for courses taught in these languages.
• ISGJ reserves the right to deny or cancel enrolment within 7 days of application if criteria are not met.
• Duplicate Diploma certificates carry an administration charge and require identity verification.

• Submit completed application forms via the official website, email, or in-person at the campus.
• Registration fees are accepted via Cheque, Cash, Demand Draft (DD), or Online Bank Transfer.
• If a course reaches full capacity, a waitlisting option is available for the next intake.
• Fee payment is strictly required within 5 days of registration confirmation to secure the seat.
• Required documents (Photos, ID Proof, Previous Qualifications) must be submitted 7 days prior to the start date.

• Lectures start promptly at the scheduled time; extreme punctuality is expected from all students.
• No removal of official course materials from the classroom without prior faculty permission.
• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during lectures and workshops.
• 100% attendance is required to be eligible for the final Diploma certificate.
• Missed lectures will only be rescheduled based on faculty availability and valid reasons.

• All necessary course materials (tools, books, notes) are provided by ISGJ at the start of the term.
• Educational content, presentations, and designs are the sole intellectual property of ISGJ.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course material is strictly prohibited.
• Photography or video recording inside the classroom is not allowed without explicit permission.

• Course fees are charged based on the current price list effective at the time of application.
• Prices and start dates are subject to change with prior notice.
• Applicants have the right to cancel their registration upon notice of any significant changes to fees or dates.

• No refunds are issued unless the cancellation is due to changes made by ISGJ (e.g., course cancellation).
• Courses may be cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., faculty illness, low enrolment).
• In such cases, a full refund or an option to reschedule to the next batch will be offered.
